I have been using Nexxus Diametress since 2001 and I have been very happy with the product until the recent change.I often travel to Turkey and I do take the bottle with me.When I was there last time,I noticed that I had a bottle of old Nexxus Diametress and the new bottle I brought form US looked completley different. The color of bottle changed. It was white before.And ingeredient were different as well. The most important part was the package has very different shampoo inside. It is not good at all. I do not like it. I do not get any benefit from using the new Nexxus Diametress .I am not using it and am trying to find a replacement.

I have fine hair. I’ve been using Nexxus Diametress shampoo for years, twenty years +, and I’ve always been extremely happy with it. My hair is thicker with more body with this shampoo and I can wear my hair longer as a result. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this shampoo. I haven’t been able to find anything that works nearly as good.

But, I’ll have to really try now. I went to purchase it a few weeks ago and it’s in a new package. My heart sank when I saw that because it usually means they’ve been tampering with the ingredients. I compared the list of ingredients from the new bottle when I got home, with the ‘old’ bottle and the list is a bit different. I tried the new one once and didn’t like it. I’m waiting to try it again when I’m not as busy. Might be I used too much hairspray when I used it the first time. But I could tell the difference in the shower just by the way it lathered. The ‘old’ Diametress lather feels rich and silky and as if it’s making my hair better already. The ‘new’ one lacked that feel. It was really disappointing from the get go! When I styled my hair, it was more fly-away, not as manageable and not nearly as full. I’m very disappointed in the ‘new’ Diametress!

Sorry, but I don’t understand why a company has a product that works great and then has to mess with it. I think advertising to let people know what a great product it is would be more beneficial than changing it to save some money and as a result, making an inferior product that is no longer worth the or they’re asking for it. Someone at the company is making really bad decisions! They stopped making Nexxus “Retexxtur” which used to be Rejuvaperm which was the BEST thing for permed hair. Now they’ve changed Diametress. Sadly, I’m forced to go looking for a replacement.

You are a company, you need to have good products to sell. You have great products. Instead of advertising that, you change them, dumb them down if you will, until you have an inferior product. How does this make any sense?

The company’s customer service department is great. But these decisions come from higher up. I’ll call again to complain, don’t know that it will do any good.

I love this shampoo. Its light enough to use everyday and does a superb job getting your hair clean without stripping it of its natural oils. I also love that it contains natural ingredients because I don’t like putting a bunch of stuff I can’t pronounce into my hair. The natural ingredients might be why this shampoo works so well on my color treated hair. Overall, this is an excellent product and I won’t switch to another shampoo any time soon.

Best shampoo ever! The only REAL shampoo I’ve ever used! The first time I used it, I wondered why I had spent 28 years using junk on my hair.

This really gets your hair cleaner than anything! You run your fingers over the wet hair, and it literally squeaks clean! There is no waxy residue like many other commercial shampoos leave in your hair. I was a little worried it would leave my hair unmanageable, but it came out so soft and no tangles! Adds quite a bit of body and bounce.

It’s supposed to have ingredients that help you grow even more hair, and one thing I’ve noticed is that a lot less hair comes off my head when I brush now.

The MAIN reason I got this shampoo is because it has NO sodium lauryl/laureth sulfates! That stuff is used in clinical trials to IRRITATE the skin so that they can test lotions and creams. It causes an allergic reaction in some people, builds up in your skin and can hurt your immune system. I really wanted to get away from it. This brand (JASON) does not put any of that in any of their products.

I avoided this product because of the name “JASON” shampoo. It sounded like some kid making shampoo in their basement. However, on a tip from someone else…..I tried it….and it’s AWESOME! It makes your hair VERY thick the very first time you use it. It only contains natural ingredients too! Great product! If you want to thicken your hair for a cheap price (.95 a bottle) then you might want to try this product! I was shocked, but this shampoo is the best thickening shampoo that I have ever used (and I’ve used a many). Great Product!

I will be contacted the two companies I purchased Bubmble and Bumble Products from and insist upon a refund. The products ARE NOT BUMBLE/BUMBLE. They have subsituted other hair productrs. I have used these products for many years. Please be aware the AMAZON is upporting dishonest business practices and Bumble/Bumble should also be alerted.

Typically when you think of Biotin you think of products that require you to have very thin (or thinning hair), or at least that is what I always thought. I tried this product because even though I have a lot of hair, it is fine and I heard biotin might aid in the strength and vitality of the hair follicles. I have to say that I have loved this product! I even got my mom using it, and my best friend.

I have tried other products of this line as well, and have similarly enjoyed the results! Try them!

I have normal hair and sensitive skin – I don’t have limp or thin hair that needs thickening. I was looking for products that organic and contain a minimum amount of chemicals, and Avalon Organic fits the bill. So far so good and the product smells good, too. My hair feels great and it’s good to know that I’m not dumping a bunch of chemicals on my head every morning.

He doesn’t use the conditioner, but I love using

I have long hair and it got dry and brittle and started breaking off in places. I purchased the Thin-to-Thick pack (shampoo, conditioner, scalp serum, and hairspray) and it really thickened my hair noticeably. The increased thickness made my hair less brittle so it was no longer breaking. The serum actually stimulated hair growth all over my head so the few thinnish patches in my hair will soon be filling in.
